Awesome staff and great selection of old school candy!

I recommend the Big Buff Bison Burger. The food is excellent and reasonably priced.

I should have known better ordering burgers from a soda shop. The place was sparkling clean, fantastic service cool soda shop atmosphere. We ordered the bison burgers and I think they may have been made from frozen. They just weren't as fresh and juicy as others I've had in Montana. Fries were ok, buy sat under a light for a few minutes before the burgers we're ready. Huckleberry tea was good. We didn't try the ice cream because we were a little disappointed in the burgers. Probably a great place for ice cream. Lots of candy varieties. Not sure how they keep so many varieties fresh, but maybe they were.

We are over 2,400 miles into our scenic family vacation and this became our family favorite. Recommend! Enjoy!

Fast pace place brought back memories of my childhood.

This place was incredible!! Everything was perfect from the service to the food, best burger in town by far! Very cute and nostalgic too I truly cant get over how great our experience was, the food was out of this world good. Definitely recommend and will be coming back and telling eveyone about this place, everyone should eat here at least once in their life 😊😍😍🤤❤❤🍔🍟🍨

Super cute little shop great prices great tourist spot

Local favorite with a very simple menu. Burgers, corn dogs, and grilled cheese sandwiches(that are on an inside out hamburger bun), and fries(shoestring cut) served in a variety of ways( full basket, half basket, cheese, or chili cheese). The fries were a tad crisp but overall it was a good experience. My wife had a corn dog and I had the patty melt(inside out hamburger bun again). There is a large selection of current magazines as this is a `news stand` and a very large selection of candy that is sold by the pound. Hope this helps. Have a great trip!

Great milkshakes and molts, and great service, but the food is iffy

Was in search of a huckleberry shake and stopped at Norm's because it was recommended by a friend. We were very impressed. Would love to come back to try their burger, fries, and fudge. Very friendly staff with excellent service.

I love going to Norm's! They have great food and a nice atmosphere. We bring all our visitors here for a fun treat. Phosphate sodas are fun. I will say that their bison burgers are no where near as good as there regular. Still love this place though!

Friendly staff and great service. We had the buffalo burger and it was tasty. Like the atmosphere like stepping back in time. They sell a huge variety candy, chocolate and fudge. Large wall rack of magazines. Very cool shop, must stop and check out!

It was great. Anyone coming to Kalispell and looking for a blast from the past, needs to come here for lunch. Or just a milkshake .

Fantastic fudges! Friendly staff. Both the beef burger and the bison burgers were great. The selection of 'old time' candies brought back some lovely memories!

Old fashioned soda fountain. I had a cheeseburger with pickles and mayo, they don't have lettuce or tomato and I'm not a fan of onion so I had that left off. And a strawberry phosphate float with strawberry ice cream, my mom had a hamburger with mayo pickles and onions and a vanilla malt, and we shared a half basket of fries.Our lunch was delicious. The burgers were well cooked, the fries were in need of extra salt, our drinks were both very good, I had never had a phosphate soda before (they are quite tart due to the phosphoric acid), and it was much better when I mixed the ice cream into it, but it was still tasty. I do think it's weird that they don't have lettuce or tomatoes but whatever.

Cute atmosphere, decent food, fun candy shop! The food is priced at gourmet level, however, at least for the burgers, it was of average quality. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but it was made with cheap ingredients. Which is fine, but this was a pricey meal and I received a burger I could have made from Walmart (with the exact same ingredients ) for much cheaper. I went here because I wanted to try something new. Their milkshakes however are fantastic!

Delicious cheese burgers, Fun candies and a full wall of the latest magazines! Also a hidden antique shop underground.Great place!

I love the atmosphere here. The old bar that they have is marvelous craftsmanship. The service is friendly. The food is good. This place is how an old soda fountain place was in America's past.

Norms has been our go to place for years. The service is good, food is good and the atmosphere is fun with all of the magazines and massive candy selection. If you have kids and want to treat them, this is a must.

Old fashion soda fountain and diner. We loved the decor and ambiance. They serve all typical dinner and soda fountain items, plus fresh made fudge in a variety of flavors.

We go out of our way for this place. First went here in 2018 on vacation before we moved to Montana, and I got the black licorice ice cream. I hate black licorice candy, but the ice cream was jet black so I was intrigued. Was fantastic, and the rest of the family loved their sundaes. The atmosphere is retro, the service very friendly and very prompt. There's even an old time bar where you can sit and enjoy whatever it is you order. Recently we were at Flathead Lake, but nowhere near Kalispell. We made a special trip to Norm's just to see if it was still awesome. It is.

Great place and atmosphere. Menu is limited to hamburgers, party melts, grilled cheese and hot dogs, but that is exactly what one would expect at a soda fountain place. Excellent shakes, malts and soda fountain flavors and taste. Also sells candy and magazines for all ages. Cute place.

My grandchildren's favorite restaurant. When they visit we have to go to Norm's News. Great, old-fashioned atmosphere and lots of candy!!

Great sodas and desserts. I recommend the huckleberry phosphate and the huckleberry milkshake.Candy by the pound.

If your looking for a nice variety of specialty chocolates and other candies, this is the place to go! Nice, friendly, and very helpful people.

It brings me back to when I was a kid! I STILL AM! The candy is now better than ever to get, with covid rules kids have to deal with a stranger giving them candy so they don't want so much! My daughter used to fill a bag but will now only get a few things! I thought her not to except candy from strangers!

Corn dog frozen, fries frozen; didn’t eat either still had to pay. It was teenage social time. Cute but still not the way to run a biz.

We spent 4 days in Kalispell and Norms by far had the best customer service out of all the restaurants we ate at! The ladies who staffed the restaurant that day were informative, attentive, and friendly. Food was delicious too! The loads of candy was an added bonus. Would recommend this place hands down!!

BEST milkshake I have EVER had!! The place is clean and you feel like you stepped back in time! We found this place by accident...came to go to Western Outdoor door next door. What a treat!! Pun intended! 😍

One of my favorite patty melts! The home made maple bar was also fantastic! I sampled my darling's cheeseburger and found it superb. Honestly no complaints on the food or service! Try a phosphate in any of about 50 flavors - they're delicious!Don't forget to check out all of the candy selection to find some of your classic favorites!
